Last week, ORGAN received the Quality Certification under the international standard ISO 9001: 2015. This year the Certification was special since the Quality System that ORGAN manages and applies in all its services to the new norm of 2015 was adequate, leaving behind the current norm of 2008.The companies had until September of this year to carry out this adaptation, which involved a 360º turn in the management of Quality and the focus of it. The new standard is fundamentally based on the management of services based on processes and the management, analysis and evaluation of risks.To carry out this adaptation, in ORGAN we have been working for many months on the complete redesign of our process tree with the aim of adapting it and preparing it for the digitalization and global optimization of our company towards the provision of a quality service. The entire system has been based on the optimization of resources and efficiency criteria. Thus, we have improved the weak points that we identified and consolidated those in which we stand out.In this process, the entire ORGAN team has participated, providing ideas, suggestions and improvements to ensure that the result of the project is useful throughout the organization. Each department has worked separately to finally pool and unify each of the processes.With this, we do not intend to obtain only the Quality certificate, but to use it as a way of continuous improvement and a daily management tool. The purpose is the satisfaction of the client and the differentiation of the service that ORGAN offers.During the Audit, the whole ORGAN team was congratulated for the work done and the great implication and general awareness for Quality and customer satisfaction was highlighted.A great step forward that we are very proud of and thank him for, our customers too.
